First-Time User of Electric Kettle
The kettle isn’t a “whistler” but will shut itself off after a couple of minutes of boiling. However I couldn’t say it was inexpensive, nor was the power vent water heater appropriately priced for what I got. Beware, the thin partitions of the kettle make it unsafe to the touch except through the insulated handle. I drink lots of tea and cider, so I use it very frequently. I like the shiny metal look. Sent one to my boyfriend who’s lazy! I would buy a different one if I had an extra kitchen. I am happy with my new kettle. No such disappointments here. Not necessarily confident that that was from heating it or if I unintentionally spilled though. Seems well-built, smartly designed. It starts to cool off though after only twenty to fifty seconds! I might purchase a different one to use at the office. Then once again it can’t turn off, so I visited Costco and purchased a different one.

Good Electric Kettle
I am extremely satisfied with this buy! In the beginning we were concerned too, but we bake with silicone cookware, so now we’re comfortable with the construction. I could not decide if I needed to get one which went on the stove or otherwise so I decided to get the richmond hot water heater. The only real reserves I have (but I would re-buy it) is the noise the pot creates when boiling the water. Can there be any recourse for not finding the gift? It boils quickly, it is light-weight, and we could not beat the cost. We have had this teapot for around a month or so, and I am still astonished on how quick it is! They function great, do precisely what they are supposed to do heat water. The lid was totally closed which made the troubleshooting manual advice irrelevant, as that’s the only suggestion short of contacting customer support for a replacement. Also, trained the children not to touch, damn, I really like my new electric kettle!
