Canon Lenses Reviews on My Coffee Table

Filed under: Photography — Tags: — admin @ 11:58 pm

In my living room, I like to keep Canon lenses reviews on my coffee table. I’m not an avid photographer or anything but my wife is. I do, however, work for a company that manufactures camera lenses. I have been working as an accountant for this company for over 25 years. In fact, my wife and I met at my workplace. She’s really gotten me into photography ever since and now I read a lot about cameras and lenses. It makes it easier for me to relate to the other people at work too.

Putting Canon lenses reviews on my coffee table is also good way to start conversations with my guests. Whenever someone sits on my sofa the first thing they see are the reviews on the table. This usually starts a long and interesting conversation as most of our guests are part of the camera industry. I highly recommend putting items on your coffee table that are good conversation starters.

If you get complimented on your looks and you feel confident about how handsome or beautiful you are then modeling could be the right path for you to take. If you are confident in your social skill, it can be best to start out looking for promotional work to help build your portfolio, this in turn will help give your resume much more power to land the better modeling jobs around Atlanta.

Miro Gives Life to His Pieces

Filed under: Photography — Tags: — admin @ 11:10 am

Joan Miro is my favorite artist, amongst a few others I recognise and enjoy – you’ll see my house is full of Gustav Klimt prints! But I want to talk about Miro for a moment. He was a Spanish painter who belonged to the generation of the 27 along with many recognized poets, writers and other intellectual figures of the time. His talent was mainly identified with surrealism but I consider it to be mainly abstract. Many would say there are a lot of other surreal painters a lot more successful than Miro, for instance Dali, but to me Miro is unique because he is the only one I know that gave human characteristics to his paintings. What do I mean? Look carefully at any of his most famous paintings and you will find an ear or an eye hidden somewhere in it. Yes, Miro believed that by providing his work with some human attributes the painting will be able to listen, see and interact with him. Isn’t it marvelous? What a profound connection with art. That is why Miro is my favorite artist!

A portrait is more than just a mere likeness, more than just a representation of anything external. It is an expression or an effort to convey the personality, mood, and inner beauty. A truly effective portrait painting is that which can go beyond just the visual appearance of the chosen subject and present its inner significance that constitutes its reality. A requested portrait painting can to take as little as three to four weeks to complete and is done by painters with skills up to par with European standards.
