Why Did I Write My Shakeology Review?

There are several reasons why I want to write my Shakeology review. Perhaps one of the main reasons is to inspire other people to take care of themselves.

Since I was young, it has been my habit to keep a healthy living. I would always include a serving of vegetables and fruits at least once a day. I could still remember that my friends would tease me how careful I was when it comes to eating. I don’t like foods which are too much oily. It would just build up bad cholesterol inside me.

First of all, I’d like to say that Brian Stann is one of the nicest guys in the MMA (UFC especially). He’s also a former marine, and many (if most) of the UFC fighters will never in their own lives have to go through what he’s been gone through.

With that said, I think that Leben will win this one by a K.O. He’s a better striker, and Stann is simply not that good at his ground game to counter it. Who knows though, I’ve heard he’s training hard on his take downs.

Every end of the year, it has been my tradition to change gyms. But this year is going to be different. Somehow like some of the fish n the pond, I was caught, but unlike them, I am happy to be caught. And fisherman who caught me – should I say the fisher’gym’ – is LA Fitness. During my whole gym career, I have heard of this Gym but it was only last year when I decided to try it and I’m glad I did.

With their slogan, “Where Fitness is a Way of Life”, LA gym has all the qualifications to live up to that. With state-of-the-art equipments, Cardio Area, Heated Lap Pool, Whirlpool Spas and Saunas.
